Venue and Performances
The Queen’s College , founded in 1341, is one of the University’s central colleges and is renowned for its beautiful 18th Century architecture. The Queen’s College is located on the Oxford High Street and has one of the main bus stops in town right opposite its main entrance, making it extremely convenient for anyone who might be coming up from London.
Queen’s College Auditorium is Oxford’s newest addition to the theatrical staging scene. Windows behind the Auditorium’s stage give beautiful views of the wisteria covering the surrounding medieval walls, which are themselves incorporated into the structure of the new building. HRH The Duchess of Cornwall opened the Auditorium on 17 November 2011.
